Space in the craft area is booked on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS
Successful applicants will receive a QR Code Gate Pass.
The organisers and/or the landlords retain the right to refuse admission to Weston Park without explanation.
The organisers will not be held liable for any loss due to cancellation and or curtailment of the show, whatever the cause.
The organisers accept no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, theft or loss.
Traders are required to hold proof of valid public liability insurance, and an up to date Risk Assessment.
Any model being flown by or on behalf of any trader must have separate insurance cover.
BMFA individual insurance does not cover in the event of an accident.
The basic site fee provides two vehicle passes and frontage for trade stand with an overall depth of 12m (for stand and 2 max caravan/tents)
Requests for additional vehicle passes will be dealt with on a case by case basis and, as a rule, will only be provided for large stands that require more staff.
Trading in items such as knives, replica fire arms or similar is not permitted. (if in doubt contact the trade organiser for guidance)
Traders are responsible for the clearing of their site of all litter plus any object that may pose a hazard to the public, animals, staff and vehicles.
The location of Trade Space is the sole prerogative of the organisers and may be altered to the published plan at our discretion.
