The visitor numbers attending the 2025 show saw over 1000 caravans and in excess of 10,500 day visitors over the three days.
We are already well advanced with the planning for next year show which will be better than ever with even more star flyers from home and abroad, and we confidently expect an even larger attendance for 2026.
The Quad Fair: Trade space for this part of the show can be booked on the attached form or direct with the Quad Fair Organiser.
You may if you wish make your booking by email detailing your requirements, this will confirm your acceptance of the terms laid down, and you will not need to return the booking form.
The charge for trade space at this year’s show will be £14.00 per linear foot with a depth allowance of approx. 40 feet. This is the cost of a basic plot i.e. a trade stand depth no more than 20` with 20` for caravan / tent.
Larger trade stands must be declared at the time of booking and may be liable to an additional charge depending on the frontage.
Please note: Two Caravans/Vans only behind the trade stand. Additional caravans / Tents to be sited within pilot camping.
This is a local authority safety mandate and if abused, may result in show cancellation.

For payment by Cheque, please state on the application and send to the address on the confirmation email.
Please note that all traders who attend will need to bring with them proof of public liability insurance, and also to have given due consideration to risk assessment.
Should you require to order a marquee, we recommend that you arrange this yourself, as this will enable you (if you are VAT registered ) to recover this tax.
We use Jacksons Marquees Tel: 01538 722280. Ensure that we are kept informed so that we can prepare.
There will be a £15.00 Sighting Fee to add to the trade space fee. We will be happy, if you so wish, to arrange the marquee for you.
Payments for the this will be required by 1st week May 2026.
On booking, your stand will be included on the show Web Site trade list.
If required, we can create a full page company promotion on the site at a one off cost of £100.00
