We received an incredible number of applications for our 2025 event and expect 2026 to be bigger and better.
We are truly blown away by the enthusiasm for our show.
Please note that spaces for solo flights are extremely limited, and due to the scale of the event, we cannot guarantee that every pilot who applies will receive a flying slot.
Some applicants may instead be offered a place on our reserve list. Reserve pilots will have full access to the flight line and will be welcome to display their models there.
Successful applicants will be notified directly and will receive a Pass for entry.
Important Information

All flying is permitted only on dedicated 2.4GHz equipment.

Fail-safe systems are mandatory on all models flown at the show.

CAA exemption certificates are required for any model over 25kg.

Pilots must hold a BMFA B Certificate or LMA Proficiency Certificate (these must be shown when booking in at the show).

LMA, BMFA or other recognised insurance is compulsory (proof required at booking-in).

Free camping is available for all pilots who fly at the show or who are on the reserve list.

Gates open at 08:30, the pilot briefing is at 09:30 (unless otherwise advised), and flying begins at 10:00.
