We have received a phenomenal amount of applications this year and we are blown away by the enthusiasm for our show. Thank you to everyone who has applied.
Spaces are extremely limited for our solo flights and due to the size of the show, we cannot guarantee every pilot that applies to fly will get a slot.
However, you may be offered a place on our reserve list which will grant you access to the flight line and you will be entitled to display your models on the flight-line.
You will be notified if you have been successful and will receive a QR Code for entry.
Please note the following:
All flying will only be permitted on dedicated 2.4GHz equipment.
Fail-safe systems are compulsory on all models flying at the show.
CAA exemption certificates are required for models over 25Kg.
Pilots must hold either a BMFA B certificate or LMA proficiency certificate (you will be required to show this when you book in at the show).
LMA, BMFA or other recognised insurance is mandatory (you will be required to show this when you book in at the show).
Camping is free for pilots that fly at the show or are on the reserve list.
Gates open 08.30, pilots briefing will be at 09:40 (unless otherwise notified), flying commences at 10.00.
